X had long hair when we got together but the damn corporate world sucks. Stupid modern ideas of grooming and BS. /grumble Creepy wife that I am, I have his hair saved in a baggie from when he cut it off.

I worked at Sprint and a lot of our techs and even managers had long hair. It was good that they weren't so picky about such things.

And yes... that's odd. ;) I did save mine when I cut 3 feet of length off it once but its long since gone and my hair has long since grown back anyway. Yay for that.

Yeah if only he could go back to growing it out, and dying it black and wearing all the cool punk / metal clothes.. OK so we can't be 18 again. And he actually looks really good in his dress shirts and dockers.. I want my preppie AND my bad boy /sniff

Yes, the sharp things are nice. My ex was a sword instructor for a while at the local Renn Faire. I was in archery for a brief bit. Used to draw swords and axes of all types in the margins of my notebooks..can just imagine what the teachers thought of that but I have a collection of swords of my own now...and one vintage goatsfoot crossbow that needs to be restrung.
