I just recently started hitting the gym pretty hard (5-6 nights a week) and eating really really well, not to mention played baseball all my life as a catcher. Ever since I saw that documentary "Super Size Me", I cut out every bit of fast food known to man.

I need something to scare the shit out of me....I've been putting this movie off, because I don't want to know.

A friend of mine has a degree in something and resturant managment. He was doing something for a company that supplied fast food places like taco bell.. He said they were unloading a truck and the cans of meat (yes the meat is in cans) said "Grade D But Edible" on the side.

And another place that hauled cattle to a meat processing plant, sometimes a cow would die from the heat on the way there, and they chopped that ho up anyway. Stay away from fast food. I implore you. I will try to do the same.
