Hello from friggin cold alaska!

The flight over to Fairbanks was about empty lol. What? Not that many people flying to the dead of alaska on a week day? That's crazy talk! The kiddo and I got into Fairbanks about 6pm and Veb was waiting for us all dressed up, ironed shirt and all. :love

After dinner in a 'local pub', we headed back to Clear AFB which is about 70 miles north. 2 hours later and some snow, we make it back, only to realize I FORGOT THE KID'S LUGGAGE! So, crack of dawn this morning we head back...2 hours later we retrieve said luggage and have lunch of quizno's. Apparently they dont get too many requests for quacamole in their sandwiches because they had to go thaw out some for my traiditional with no olives on white. =/

So, we tease the kiddo by taking her to an animal shelter, watch people around us in bald tires speed and fish tail and basically enjoy the local life of Fairbanks. Then we had back to Clear...2 hrs later Veb's snoring in his recliner, the kiddo is watching cartoon network and I'm catching up on PMs and surfing the boards.

Gotta say I'm deliriously happy to be with the husband again. Plus I get to ride around in the brand new jeep we bought, but he stole away to alaska in. I hugged it. :teehee It was dirty =( Other than that, we head up to Anchorage (last stop) to look for a house next week. So no internet from that point on but hopefully we find a house ASAP. Just wanted to say hi from the frigid f9cking north and give loves. :ghug
