Clues for Carly/Shay

Labored Breathing - huge childbirth theme (big clue)

Carly's vacationed and mentioned on the "3rd day" she noticed the flu - there are a few references in the kill scene to a savior (jesus rose blah blah)

Pony tail - the horse (very very stretched heh)

She potted plants, and mentioned not wanting to idly sit by and watch the flowers - the garden grave

Not as much here as I had originally t hought I think I got two bios mixed together - I was thinking that Carly had a heart shaped scar and he had the gaping chest wound, but apparently that is someone else - so there are clues, but not nearly as definitive as I had thought upon reading a few minutes ago.


Now Roz - Kyle

“Sorry, buddy…them’s the breaks.” - "Kyle can't catch a break"

He mentions dying to exposure and Kyle is a reporter

These aren't a LOT of clues, but they seem rather solid clues - and typically in the past having a ton of ssmall clues didn't mean anything and instead one or two big ones was teh norm for the mods to add. I'm kinda leaning towards Kyle atm.

There is definately some more nurse stuff all throughout, but we're also talking a death scene in a world of flu so I'm not convinced thsoe aren't necessary details whether or not we have nurse bios or not. Was a line that really had me thinking nurse though - let me find it.

he’d be sick for a long time. Bruises. Infections - this screams medical possibly more then just normal detail - not sure

As of now I'm leaning towards Kyle because of the "Breaks" line being so massive and exposure is a good one too - I'm still looking though

Oh I have somethings - that just doesn't mean they are substancial good somethings :P

Also the grid that stops people that jump doesn't have to be unstable - it has large holes in it, but if it was unstable it wouldnt' catch a body.

This was mentioned earlier with two others that got in fights in their bios, but what if it reads

"At least HE had gone down fighting" - Kyle ran away from his fight when he fled for Seattle

Kyle also tried to run and tried to hide and the day and night divides fit the never sleep theme - also again the word break

Not to mention he's a druggie and we're talking about a massive stoner band

I am seeing a lot of evidence to point at Kyle for the Sk. As someone mentioned before let's take the SK's actual words and put some weight to them :

I wanna say Kyle looks STRONGLY like a SK candidate.

Labored breathing/childbirth - Carly has never been pregnant! She wants a baby, and loves kids...boy are you grasping there.

And the whole 'third day' thing is just bizaare.

Ponytail = putting down a horse = very large stretch, when there is a horseman in the group :P

Also tons of Lincoln hints - he was in Asia as well (rising sun) he has a horse (horse) which is also his beast of (burden) and he also has the (luck) of the damned plus the whole detached thingj - and he's a horse suffering that wanted to die and didn't

He noticed he specifically moved his (head) which is where the bullet is that will kill him

also it says "the fellow survivor" rolled him off, and the first part talks about all the stuff that vern had survived and shouldn't have - Lincoln is a fellow survivor in many similiar ways


Unrelated are two references to silence - there are a few quiet people as well

I think you're way down on the list at this point shay as far as evidence, but alot of the clues are typically symbolic or just vague references to a similiar thing.

It doesn't matter that carly has never had a child. Her bio's theme is childbirth, and labored breathing points at that. Pony = horse - that was indeed a bit of a stretch.

I think it's either Kyle or Lincoln and both seem stronger then any other opening day I can remember. I'm a bit played out and it's time to go shop for hiking shoes so i'm out for a few - I'll hop back on before votes end and see what else peeps have come up with.

I did some looking at the header quotations for each post. Mafia first.



The Rough could be Lincoln, the beast Charley, and the reference to time is that he was a watchmaker. Slouching is certainly something that he doesn't do, though. The only slouchy type seemed to be Henry to me, but that's hardly enough to condemn a man. It is slouching toward Bethlehem to be born, which could be a reference to childbearing or the difficulties within - Carly.

The second saying also starts with Baby take my hand, something a child care worker might have to do. At the same time, it could be any of the formerly married folks. For the flying, I got nothing.

For the Serial Killer thread, we have



Since Vul already worked those over, I'll give a different perspective for folks to think about.

The first could be pointing to a mass burial or a concert crowd. Also, empty dream could be a hallucinogen of some sort, but Kyle doesn't do those (on SA anyway). The second part can point pretty heavily toward drug use, but you have to look for it. More likely this is a miss cluewise.

The Doors thing could also point to ANY of the wanderers.

ok had two that were standing out in my mind voted easily for the first but the second still makes me wonder.

For the Mafia I go with Henry
Reasoning: Smell of Death caught my attention right off to our homeless gentleman. Rummaging through garbage for cast off items (i.e. clothing, etc). Garbage smells, and there are a lot of dead people laying about starting to stink. Their clothing would stink badly too after a day or two in the sun. Someone that "borrowed" such clothing would also have that smell even after a bath since it is permeated into the material itself. Also, admittedly stereotyping here, homeless people can be bought off quite easily with offers of possessions, money, drink, or food just to name a few things. "Help us and we will..." You fill in the blank.
