sadness
on monday i will be putting my 12th birthday present down
He is a rott/aussie kelpie mix, 14 years old, diabetic, blind, and has been having strokes lately.
when i moved to sf i left him with my mother and she is too heartbroken to take him on his final roadtrip. We will be cremating him as he weights over 60lbs and burying the ashes in our garden...

awe, :( I sowwy hun *hugs* Its always sad leting go of pets , specially when they have been part of the family for so long . I still remember being heartbroken after putting our down I had her since I was about two. She was with us for 14 years. But atleast they are not suffering anymore. /sniffles
