Sunday I'm going on the Sacramento River train, for an unlimited champagne brunch! The trip is only about 3.5 hours, but I'm really looking forward to it. It's a belated Mother's Day gift to my mom, that I get to enjoy too! lol Anyway, I'll be taking pictures, for sure.
The rest of the weekend I'm probably going to be just hanging out at home, and puttering in the yard. We're supposed to have temps in the low to mid 80s, so it should be awesome!
Memorial Day Weekend!!
So, who has plans??!! Jello made the mistake of inviting us Hartmann's to their camping trip over the weekend. We are going to get so drunk that we singe our eyebrows off at the campfire!!! This will be our first time camping, granted it is only for 1 day - but we're excited to have Catherine exposed to the wild and shit! They have this awesome pop up camper thing and we hung out in it this past Sunday...in their drive way but it was very very nature-ish! It's also our 14th wedding anniversary.

Can you believe that? 14 years married, 16 years together. =x So after we visit Jello's giggly family we might drive down to Seward this ocean front town - really neato. So I'll have lots of pictures to share.

Oh, yeah, my parents got two brand new kittens yesterday and everyone reminded me that they're all going to be out of town so it's up to me to check in on them over the weekend. I love them, but they kill me, they really do. I was already going to check in on them just like I've checked in on the other cats for the last two years on weekends and rainy nights to let them inside -- just amusing to see them "instruct" me to do so.

i have a party for an 8th grade graduation. then we're hoping to goto the Imperial Rome exhibit at HMNS on sunday. the rest of the weekend is pretty much up in the air since my sister's car decided to crap out this morning and that means she's carless this weekend - which i personally thinkshould be her bf's problem!!!

Yard work here upon more yardwork...its finally warmed up enough for things to grow and we didn't get a chance to do anything to the yard last fall...it started snowing the same week we moved in. Tomorrow we plan on having a BBQ tho and maybe a bonfire.
