he swore up and down that dex was the stat paladins needed. he had a set of dex gear and he would go to PoJ and parse for hours and then post his parses with dex gear vs non dex gear, with charts and the whole nine. dude was off his rocker.

and now gerald's "father" (?) has been playing vanimelde for the past few years, and sometimes plays gerald which tends to get confusing. i just stay away from him/her/it/them. bit of a psychopath :x

Last I talked to Gerald, which was like 2004 before we moved up here, he said that she had finally cut him off from her life because of her boyfriend. What, like 3 or 4 years later? I still thought it was weird that he was so straight white boy image and she was into that weird gothic black make up stuff.

I was just talking to Xani today about good old EQ times then saw this it almost making me want to play again. But then I read Mae's posts and think the same of myself. That game made me crazy, its like I was a different person. But you guys mentioned Alanaya, I talk to her everyday on the phone or the comp, shes doing great just to let you all know. As a matter of fact we'll be seeing her and Gregion in a couple weeks when we're done with our little vacation in Orlando. I actually still talk to quite a few people from the guild on AIM almost everyday.

One of the bests was when Shat (who i think you all know now is really a gay guy) asked me to ask Krassus if he went both ways cuz he had a huge crush on him (and Linus) and my dumb ass gets the wording wrong cuz I'm all flustered and asks Krassus if he swings, when I meant to say switch hits or some coy way of asking if he took it up the ass. Then I hear like 2 years later that they all thought Joey and I swapped or swing or that he watched me have sex with guys. I was like wth?? I guess its funnier if you know Joey and how jealous and possesive he is. Then it all started making sense, like Airly and her hubby asking and telling me stuff I didnt want to hear...I never knew why lol.

But all the little rumors were funny as heck...well not funny then but funny now.

I so should have charged though to listen to everyone's problems and secrets, I could have been so rich....or just used all the info I knew and blackmailed everyone...hmm that might be an idea.

i remember a bunch of people who were in BoR at the time mentioning this to me, and when i said something about it to alanaya she got REALLY pissed... or maybe it was mae... or maybe it was both of them /shrug. and iirc that whole fiasco ended with fucking shat actually confronting me in tells, which was a really bad idea at the time, for him :(

I wasn't that close to Shat, although if she was really a gay he - he thought ... god what was his name...the enchanter officer - his real name is Mike, the dude Ladase spent 5 months on his couch in florida - shat thought he was hot. :teehee

Yes Fagtondra was a guy. I have some ss from some chat he had saying flat out he was a guy. That homo was the downfall of triad :)P

I'd say Time is what hurt Triad the most - don't give Shatondra all the credit just for getting some of the clerics to go to BOR (and god damnit, she never asked me to go!), it just coincided with a lot of people finally burning out. =/

Triadica ended up doing quite well after the Krassus era when Mylec took over imo

Not saying which era was the best or anything -- However, the Mylec lead Triadica was quite good and flourished and we actually accomplished alot in a short period of time. I remember having 131 Triads in PoAir doing Xegony one night heh =x

I should have preempted that by saying Triadica 3.0 pre mylec.

I was the only one that knew for a long time while in Triad. From what I knew he didnt tell anyone till he transfer with Ala over to that over server and i convinced him to just tell the group of all triads he transferred with. I think Sergon was the only one I told while we still played EQ. That was right after he tricked the clerics into leaving Triad. And btw i do blame most of that on him. He was really sneaky and deceptive about it. He had it all planned and told me about it like weeks before but I didnt think he'd really be able to convince so many to leave.

And its not "if indeed" Shat was a guy, I cant count how many times we talked on the phone, i have pics of him and his boyfriend, he was even going to leave his boyfriend and wanted to come live with us. We were really close for long time till he freaked out in WoW like last summer and I dont speak to his crazy ass anymore. Oh I told joey but that was like months after he told me. I tried to get joey to quit jokingly flirting with him cuz i didnt know how joey would react but he said living in Savannah for so many years he could care less.

Theres a few other we played with that werent the sex they said they were but never flirted with the others and werent gay and stuff...I just didnt think it was very cool for him to be decieving guys, I told him that was just wrong. I was very happy when he came out, thats alot of pressure on me to keep that a secret for as long as I did because he talkingn about sexual things he wants to with these guys that were also my kinda friends that I know are totally not into men, and he came out to a group of us that were all tight and i knew they wouldnt care and none of them did. His excuse was people just assumed he was a girl cuz he would talk about his boyfriend shane so he just went with it but i think he went with it to get the attention and flirting from the guys he thought was hot. He was totally obsessed with Linus. But in reality hes a really nice kid, he just has alot of issues but most of us have in our lives and he is still kind of young and was only in like his real early 20' s then so ya know I hold no hard feelings towards him and was glad I was there for him all the times he needed to talk and stuff like that.

Ximbi flipped me out when I met him. Strange bird. I was down in South Beach with some friends called him up thinking it was a her. He put me on the phone with his wife and had her tell me directions to his place. I was thoroughly vexxed when it turned out to be a he.
