Might have made an error on something , not on purpose or anything but if it proves to be true then could ruin a rep or so , sickening really been troubled about it all to were I couldnt sleep last night at all and now I am puffy eyed and sleepy, still sick to my tummy and I have to work again today /cries more lol

People are human, and make mistakes. If you make a mistake, all you can do is your best to correct it, if possible. If it can't be corrected, you're pretty much limited to asking for forgiveness, and then going on with your life. Carrying around guilt at that point solves nothing.
