It was a really nice day. I got to sleep late, then got birthday spankings, and then the hubby and I went to lunch. After lunch I took him home so he could nap, and the kids and I went shopping. We had a pork roast for dinner with mashed potatoes and peas, and then we opened presents and had cake. I blew out all 29 plus one to grow on candles in one breath!

The loot wasn't too shabby. :) Beth got me a reversible tote bag for work. Kate got me a Mr. Jelly Belly Jelly bean holder and a 40 flavors assortment box. I got Lego Star Wars the first Trilogy and tomorrow I get to go all by myself and paint pottery.

It was a wonderful birthday, and helps ease the pain of getting another year closer to my thirties.

Happy Birthday...it looks like you had a wonderful day. Your 20's are great, but 30's are better. I stressed when I turned 30, but that was the best year.
