if parrots don't eat fish then i don't have brains i got a friend in florida who has a parrot and she chops up fish for her bird the scales on fish help the feathers molt better.... not to mention the parrot has a beak that crushes stuff up the bones of a fish are small but hard enough to sharpen the beak for a parrot

And a Parrot is an omnivore.
Parrots will eat meat and fish, but only need a small amount of meat. They prefer well-cooked chicken, white fish, turkey or very lean meats. Some parrots do love a bone with a few bits of meat left on it to chew and to dig out the marrow which is quite nutritious.
