The main thing im worried about as far as LoN is concerned (as you know by now Vex since you play) is how they put out loot cards right now with mounts and familiars that give you + stats etc...

Well.......

Im worried about them actually making loot cards with actual in game loot in them from the game itself. Some casual player opening a booster pack and wins an end game/end zone uber Breastplate or something that you cant get otherwise unless you raid.

i dont think they'll do that but you never know. i guess if people begged for it they would. on the EQ2 side of things you can't really get anything like the nagafen familiar. with the Inq pack you can get some illusions that come with a damage shield, but other than that the mounts are just special models that you can't get any other way.

baubles are mainly eye glows/fist glows/illusions. <- what i want

the cloaks are ok but nothing uber to me.

Well I couldnt resist the big blue cat mount for Jet so traded for one...then got my chanter one too /sigh. And now they bring out a RED wrulon. Jetamio is the Mad Red Druid, she must have the red one! *twitch*

Maybe ill start up my eq1 characters though and farm me some booster packs, If I do Ill let you know!

The game seems like a nighmare. X plays.. I watch and get headaches. But.. I want the house items!! I *neeeeeed* two of the wine and food carts!!! Why two? One each for my main house and then 1 of each for the house my guild created as a public RP tavern.

Plus the paintings.. oh the pretty artwork.. And X is obsessed with all the illusion items and pirate themed things for his brigand (whose title is Pirate) He already got him the pie throwing card and runs around gleefully smacking people with pies (damn Bristlbane worshipers!!)

I will trade artwork too! Not that it's as good as Vex's shibt but I will make pretties in return for boosters and / or loot cards! PM or IM me!!

I have sold like three of these card things in game. One was a 'booster' set and the other two I dont recall what they were. So tell me straight, you get cards that you can redeem for in game goods?!

Seriously? Where do I learn about this crap? hahah My kitty dirge would love more illusion forms. Especially since I am dusting my grouping buddies in levels. I have time to farm.

i tried LoN - and have come to the conclusion I suck at tactics. oy.

people will trade cards for cards, or for UNOPENED booster packs. that's the best for of currency imo. Cali you open LoN, go to trades and start searching for what people are offering for various things, and asking for the loot cards. For info on what all is available go to the LoN website.

I will tell you if for whatever reason somehow you come across any of the rhino, carpet or worg mount cards well.. I know they sell on ebay for well over 150 bucks a piece so... *shrug*

its not exactly EQ. its a card game they're whoring out but you can get loot cards for just baubles and familiars, mounts, cloaks, or house items.

Yeah, its an optional game within EQ itself and in fact, you dont even need to be logged into EQ to play/mess with it.

You can however get these loot cards that give you familiars etc in the game itself that gives you +stats like HP etc as long as you have it up and of course illusion clickys and such as that.

Nothing is really game changing and nothing is a "must have" unless your a LoN junky like Vex is =D
