MasO! They're hard to get in stores, your best bet is buying online. My nephew got his within 2 weeks. They've stopped shipment to help with the congestion on the servers, I hear. Game was more popular than they thought it would be.

http://www.wowcensus.com there are like 50 friggin servers for that game! as far as wow having bandwidth issuses, sometimes the server lag is horrible.. also go to http://www.3dgamers.com/games/worldofwarcraft/downloads/ to download the patches, otherwise itll take like 30 mins from blizz. so far im lovin the game a lot more than eq2, tho i just hope it lasts. and pvp rocks!

Just realize if you go to a pvp server, ganking is abound like crazy. but hey, thats part of the fun of pvp!

Nah, not going pvp. I have an extreme dislike for pvp =( I'm all about pve.

there is not total pve server tho. its just a lot harder to pvp.. basically certain zones are contested territory where pvp can happen, the "home zones" like your major cities and newbie zones are pretty much pve.. tho you can kill the other faction in there since they are pvp flagged. youll understand once ya get in there. but on a PVE server you should be pretty safe, tho i know on the pvp server im on, i KOS all allies. its friggin survival of the fittest, either you get them, or they come back with 1/2 their guild to gank you.

If you have Gamestop in your area, check their website for local stores with stock. When my brother found out how much he wanted to play, I found at least 5 stores in the area with more than 4 copies in stock.

I also live in South Jersey, so we probably have more locally than a lot of places.

Its not out here at all in alaska =/ I had to order it from best buy, send it to my MOTHER's house in washington state which she should get today (they wouldnt recognize my po dunk address) and she's next day'ing it to me when she gets it.

Get 60 with a couple of characters and experience the awesomeness of the endgame.

I never plan to get multiples to 60 - I have been 60 for months ;p

They'll fix the lockout problems with Molten Core and Onyxia instances. Other then that the endgame is fun =/

damn my highest char is 29, guess i dont play enough.. tho i have only been playing really for 3 weeks.. and have a total of 4 days /played on my lvl 29. but luckily by the time i hit 60 the BG's will probably be out so ill have something to do then.

It's an issue for alot of 60s. WoW is missing middle ground so it works simliar to this.

Once you hit 60 you have a few single group dungeons you can do.

LBRS
Scholomance
Strathholme

Then a few multi group

Scholomance
Stratholme
UBRS

UBRS boss drops the blood needed for onyxia key quest completion. You get one per run. So each guild will end up running 50ish to get keyed for Onyxia's Lair. It's doable with 2 groups, but typically you see 3-4 go in to knock it out faster and many times guilds will run 2-5 runs a night. Guilds that push out 5 a night are keyed now, but burnt.

Strath and Scholo are both theoretically single groupable for the entire zone. Strath is split into 2 sections - the live side you'll see single grouped often, the dead side is buggy and you rarely see it single grouped. Many times guild will run 2-3 groups and just burn through it to get it done faster. Scholo a single group setup right can do the whole zone- and it isn'thard persay, just extremely time consuming - so you typically see 2-3 groups push the whole thing out for hat drops - or single groups doing quests.

After this you just have Molten Core and Onyxia's Lair. Onyxia is still buggy but beatable. Molten Core is slightly buggy but it's set up more like Time with multiple bosses and trash to clear getting progressively harder. Or maybe more like VT . Anyway the problem with these 2 is people that don't go with you your first day of the new instance can't get in later in the week. So raiding here more then once a week can get difficult if all your people aren't on nightly.

The real struggle is there is no middle ground. You go straight for 2-3 group content to these high end encounters and it gets rather difficult. They need a gear up section. Right now its doable, but its kind of like going from Tier 2 in PoP straight into Time or Ikkinz.

Supposedly they are fixing the lockout problems soon, and battlegrounds + more content to come soon.

I'm having a blast anyway - we are pacing ourselves and so still have more UBRS to run but aren't overdoing it yet since Onyxia is being reworked anyway. I think I've done 25ish runs is all. On top of that I just get into other quests or PVP'ing ect and I'm never bored, but some people are.

Maybe I'll make a toon on one of those servers. I only have 2 level 20 toons. Don't get to play a bunch. Oh well, soloing isn't so bad.

Might be playing majority of the time at night on Feathermoon with the hubbo. And I have no desire to make one on Icecrown.
