I've always had a bit of anxiety about the Fan Faires - I have these images of weird looking guys huddling and waiting in line to get a picture with a "real live female" dressed up as Firiona Vie. Outside of maybe some of my guildies I don't think I could find anybody that would be delinquent with me. :drevil

i've been to fan faire.. found a couple guys that were nerds extreme ( 10 L60s between the two of them.. ) but were fuckin cool as hell.. I drove down to Dallas on like.. $50 ? I had NO MONEY, and no place to sleep. we stayed up in their hotel room all night on EQ ( they brought numerous laptops lol ) i fell asleep on the couch, woke up and they put money in 1 of my shoes lol. one of the greatest times i ever had.

Ive been to four fanfaires, actually. I think Ive been desensitized as far as that kind of thing goes after nearly 10 years going to comic con here in san diego every summer.

And, for the record, i adore ice cream. 8)

The Chicago Fan Faire was held right behind the building I work in and I forgot about it and failed to go...if I had had ANYONE to go with I would've gone I think.

We should have our own Angry Crayon Fan Faire...and no Mae, I'm not coming to Alaska. ;)

and chicago ff was more than a little amusing. it rocked ;) Tom got wasted on stage cause all the attendees kept buying him drinks. My server outdid them all, though. People from tables would walk up with a drink theyd gotten from the bartended at the back of the room. Brell walked up with an unopened bottle of Cuervo. Then 40 minutes later with another. I *heart* Brell.

But, to answer Saraquael, of course it looks photoshopped. How else would i have gotten rid of the horns?
