The price of gas.
Over the summer gas peaked, in some places, at almost $5.00 a gallon. In California this July it was $4.80 and it cost over 90 dollars to fill our jeep, and that wasn't to completely fill it. Most gas stations capped at 75 dollars. There were those who said gas could top $200 a barrel and now they're saying it could bottom out to $50 dollars. At the beginning of Bush's presidency, it was at $34 dollars. Oil companies are cutting back oil production by a million barrels to help alleviate the drop. (fuckers)
Today, in Tacoma Washington, October 25th, you can find it for: $2.59.

Lol, wasnt a mechanic :( Its not a super duper one (I dont think, but then I didnt even know it was classed as a sports car haha) My new car is an '89 Toyota Supra, damn thing is nearly as old as me but still goes like split shit. Not that I was speeding or anything of course...

Was down to 2.75 when i filled the car up last night. Fuckin stuff comes out of the ground here and we are still paying almost twice what everyone else is....

It actually went up here the last few days, was 1.35 la couple of days ago, now its back up to $1.47

While it was still dropping, one of the auto shops here jacked their oil change price by $10. When my friend asked what the deal was, they said it was because of the price of oil. Um... considering that everyone knew the price of oil had been dropping, that's a pretty bad explanation.
