On the whole Lorena/Bill think, ya that was a little much and it confused the hell out of me! I am actually kind of glad they don't follow the books exactly because then I would know exactly what's going to happen. This way I get sucked in even more because I'm trying to figure it all out. lol.
On the other hand, it bums me out because technically season 3 should have started with a naked Eric Northman running down the street not remembering who he is... leading to some hardcore Eric/Sookie sex scenes (which hopefully will come next Sunday?) lmao.

Naw that'd be next season I think. This season "book" should have been all about Bill getting kidnapped and those events. I'm with ya tho, a naked Eric will be a treat LoL I wasn't that fond of the actor at first, but he's grown on me.

I haven't watched the show or read the book. I can understand changing main plot points from the books. Often, book plots don't translate as well. There is a reason they change things. However, I can't understand changing major characters - that is just bound to piss people the fuck off. If characters are changed if and when they do song of ice and fire I'm going to be pissed.

I never read the book but the show is awesome ! I thought the Maryanne stuff and the mythology about Maenid's was pretty interesting
