Scariest movie ever

I will give you such a pinch Anulien. :P

Seriously, what movie gave you the heebie jeebies so bad you couldnt sleep, couldnt close your eyes in the shower, made you remember why you were afraid of the dark as a kid. The movie that made you wish for daylight when you felt the dark close in on you. When goosebumbs tripled in size on your body whenever you thought of that disturbing scene in your mind.

The movie that scared you so badly you couldnt STOP thinking about it.

Night of the Living dead.

My older brother and his friends would come in my room and scare the shit out of me acting dead and trying to eat my brains. Not to mention that was the only movie thoes assholes would watch when they were over our house.

Ok you're a big baby, that movie was hilarious. I watched The Ring with my father and that next morning I walked in and asked him how he slept.

He turns to face me, 'I haven't slept yet.'

ROFL, he's in his friggin 50's. I laughed so hard, but admitted that I couldnt close my eyes in the shower. For reals.

Stir of Echos - Veb and I watched this with this couple's friends of ours. Halfway thru the movie we're grabbing each other on the couch screaming loud enough to wake our kids. That movie is disturbing. The broken nail part freaked out my neice so badly she wanted to turn it off this summer. Only seen this movie twice and even though we bought it, I'm not watching it again.

28 days - Just disturbing. I couldnt finish this movie. I dont want to talk about it.

My cousin Makan looks kind of like the girl from "The RIng" so we decided to play a trick on my mom who is terrified of that movie. Well anyway mom was cooking and i had recorded "snow" from a channel the previous night that was off the air and kept fuckign with the living rom TV from the loft in our living room. My cousin was hiding behind the drapes i guess next to the TV, my mom shut off the TV and turned away my counsin snuck out form behind the drape and i turn the tv back on. as my mom turned around my cousin grabbed her wrist and i swear my mom turned as white as elementary school chalk.

I hear the new version of Night of the Living dead is hella scary. They're not slow and lethagic like the original, but fast as fuck running zombies tearing you to shreds. Haven't seen it yet, i'm waiting for veb to come to rent it.

Stir of Echos scared me pretty good. And wasn't too digusting to watch, although some of the visuals were disturbing.

Has to be Cabin Fever. It's not too scary, but seeing some of the effects (blonde girl without a face) just made me wanna gag. Just disturbing.

Exorcist hands down freaked me out. That whole running down the stairs backwards or some shit. Oofah!

Also...when I was a kid, the Elephant Man scared the frickin shit outta me.
I know this wasn't a horror movie, but I swear, I could hear that bitch walking down the hall...commin' to get me.

I would have to go with the Ring. The first time I watched it was in a theater with some friends, and I really got into the movie, and for the next week or so, my mind started fucking with me. I was sitting in my physics class and we were working with a strobe light and I could have swore that I saw my physics teacher do the weird teleport-rush-walk thing that Samara did in that movie. There were other things that wigged me out for a long time, but I just can't think of them now.

K-19

I am a grown man, and I cried watching that. Its scary to me because thats how the military works (in just about any country).

If you watch that movie, be ready to main line about a months worth of prozac to keep your self from laying down in front of traffic.

NIghtmare on Elm Street for me. I was just a kid when it came out and I did not sleep well for weeks after that.

I has watched it since and it did nothing to me but at the time it was dang scary for me.

The Ring & Excorcist by far are the scariest

Dawn of the Dead- not so much scary as it was disturbing and made you yell run run run because of the olympic speed zombies.

Darkness Falls- I could not stop laughing, creepy at first but it was ridiculous at what lengths the ghost would reach just to kill a few people.

Stir of Echos- pretty creepy but same stuff we saw earlier from 6th sense

28 Days Later- Not very scary at all but very interesting plot and at times made your adrenaline rush.

Looking forward to....
The Grudge- because the Ring was extremely good and following the same line as Ringu -> The Ring, Ju-On The Grudge -> The Grudge. Japanese horror remakes are good so we shall see.

Saw- Not exactly my type of horror as it isn't supernatural but just looks awesome from the commercials.

The Grudge- 10/22
Saw- 10/29

The Ring...I couldn't sleep the night I saw it, and I was only half paying attention.

Plan on renting the exorcist whenever I get the guts to watch a scary movie again. I'm not much of a scary movie fan, so haven't watched too many, and I never see them in theaters.

Dawn of the dead was just stupid in my opinion. Didn't scare me at all, and wasn't too grossed out by it *shrug*

The grudge looks creepy, but I'll be too much of a wimp to go see it. Oh well.

As a kid I was terrified of those things that Khan put in Chekhov's ear in Star Trek 2. I couldn't watch and had to leave the room. I also snuck out and watched Aliens. My parents were watching it and I wanted to too. Unfortunatly I came at the part where a chest burster came out of the kid's chest. I quickly scampered back to my bed and tried to sleep.
