Seriously though - the letterbox creates interest. It's amazing how two black boxes can do that. The text colors are done so that the name is the focus and the other text is neutral and readable, but not detracting from the focus. The duplicate transparency is teh win.
A small bit of c/c though - the shield has some pointy edges that could be smudged out and I'm not sure if the skele is supposed to be holding the weapon or if it's just there next to the sig. It doesn't seem to have a clear perspective. Either way, the colors on it look freakin awesome!

His little hand is down at the bottom left corner of the shield where he's holding the epic, but you can hardly see it =( I shifted the shield around so you can see it better too. It was like sideways which looked dumb and the epic was pointed down too. Added some smoke to the effect just for kicks =D
