AFKish - Moving
Welp, tomorrow's the day the movers come and pack our stuff, the 3rd they haul it all away so after that our internet connection will be sporadic. David, Shadow and I fly down to Washington on the 9th, Catherine and Mike are driving to Haines to catch the 3 day ferry. My cell phone number is floating around with some of ya'll and if there's something up with the boards, please talk to Vex. =) My AIM will be set to mobile and I'll have internet at my parents.
Alaska has been...uh...a fun 4 years :teehee We showed up with a 5 year old, leaving with an 8 1/2 year old, a son and a dog. We actually came up from the same base we're going to, but hopefully it'll be as good to Mike as this tour was.

Sorry for the abruptness. We're 1 week from closing on our house and today our bank called to tell us that the VA appraisal on our house came in 7k lower than our actual loan. Meaning we lost the house. So after living in this 1 bdroom apartment for almost 5 months we find out that it was a complete waste of our time.
So really yeah, not in the fucking mood for jokes. We're scrambling to rescind our notice to vacate on our apartment and searching the ever ending MLS listing of short sale houses to find a house that isn't in pre-foreclosure.
I am frazzled. Sorry everyone.
i mean cant he claim bouts of temporary insanity induced violence if he doesnt get a bigger fucking place to stay since he was relocated?
