Oh wait, so now you know who the Sheriff is and have IDs to back it up? Why on Earth wouldn't you make this clear last round in a situation where, oh I don't know, say the votes were tied and one changed vote (e.g. mine - I have a track record of this) could have made the difference?

I can't take this knowledge any more seriously than I take Sara's at the moment.

I have absolutely no idea on which side to stand at the moment. I stand by all my previous actions given the information (i.e. not much) that was available to me.

With your Sheriff's knowledge, if accurate, I'm still confused as to why the mafia haven't taken a pop at you.

Btw Verileah, feel free to defend yourself...or deflect at others like you have been doing in the past.

I told you last round I knew for a fact she wasn't the sheriff - that's all I could say. I wasn't going to out someone without permission. I also did not have a positive ID - so why would I let the mafia know the sheriff was alive before I needed to?

I didn't string you out for 3 rounds, make outright lies about who I had IDed, pretend to leave, vote my own way until my ass was on the line, and only when I was about to die reveal a single "not mafia" ID. I think there is a big difference in that and waiting on a positive one.

Claiming to know who the Sheriff is "for a fact" does not make that fact any more facty.

So I'm supposed to go, "oh, it's a FACT is it? It MUST be true then". You offered scepticism towards Sara because she didn't reveal her IDs and then you claimed to know the Sheriff and ALSO didn't then provide IDs - and you wonder why I would remain sceptical?

If there was a reason to trust you the information would have been provided I would expect.

And I've STILL got bollocks all pointing at me except for elephants and being balding - both of which there are more viable targets for those clues (oh wait, also the tenuous cartoon smile being a Joker ref, although this rather depends on whether Boris was mafia or not since he ties up that clue if true). AND twice now I have actively tried to prevent a tie. I'm not sure how much clearer I can make my role.

I guess I am misusing the word fact, but I don't think that changes anything. Why would I reveal the sheriff before I had too? The difference is that she revealed herself as sheriff and had nothing to lost - I had a ton to lose - the sheriff. That is also why I used the past tense

But you reveal that information now - any one of you guys voting for Victor could be your Sheriff (or perhaps they hid away by voting for Victor hoping that Sara would win out in the end) - so what difference would it have made writing that same post about an hour ago?

At that point we had no idea that the mafia would hit Victor, so revealing that information then would have been the difference between saving a heavily suspected townie or saving a possible mafia. But rather than reveal that knowledge you sat on it until it was too late. Didn't the point at which it was looking possible that the "convincing people to vote for Sara using tenuous clues" strategy might not work strike you as a good moment to play that card?

I'm not sure what you could possibly say that would convince me that this information is real. I'm not saying you're evil mafia, but perhaps your info isn't accurate or perhaps so convinced by your logic and being fairly sure the real Sheriff is dead, you use his/her name to try and convince people to your beliefs.

I did consider using the "card" to force the Sara lynch on down - but how would it have? I didn't have a positive ID then,a nd you guys voting for Sara all but said you didn't think she was the sheriff - just a townie playing some weird role. So what would it have mattered or gained? Now that I have a positive ID there IS a good reason to post it.

You and Verileah just called a witchhunt on a townie that had almost no clues - no matter how you slice it lets not forget that. Before I got that postive ID and posted it -a nd before the kill scenes were posted I told you I thought you had gotten played, and you asked me to tell you how. Did you not notice that I didn't respond until I got the positive/negative response on Verileah? I knew who I was skidding - why would I play my hand so she just could just say "oh that's convenient".

I'm not sure what to think about your role Binky - the elephant references (all the bull pen and cattle stuff) scare me a little, but you sure seem to be a sincere townie, and I think you just got fooled by a very clever Verileah.

The last kill scene implied two mafia - though I don't know how. If we lynch Verileah and the scenes makes it look like she was a townie you can bet your ass I'll reveal the "sheriff", but I'm convinced that is not going to happen.

I'll tell you what - if we lynch Verileah and her kill clearly says townie I'll reveal who I've worked with (I know they won't care for me saying this if they're legit) and I'll vote for myself when you tell me too.

I do wish you wouldn't keep implying that I've been fooled by people. I am quite capable of making judgements all by myself, thankyou very much. If you have indeed got your ear to the Sheriff it's all very easy to judge those of us who haven't, but we're just swimming around in a sea of clues pointing left right and centre, people acting weirdly, and various things bordering on just plain rude - and trying to make some sense of it all.

Nobody tells me how to vote, I decide for myself ta, and anything anybody tells me I take with as big a pinch of salt as anyone else. That I find myself voting alongside people along the way is just part of my resolve to avoid ties while trying to do the best for the townies whoever they are.

I didn't mean it offensively - just more as in "they might have influenced you with the stuff they've pointed out". That has happened to all of us.

You know - it doesn't even matter. No matter what I say someone twists it to make it look like I'm trying to be an asshole. I've posted what I know, people can vote however they want (How dare you imply that I couldn't vote however I want without your permission Vulash!). I'm going to go do something else.

Why don't we take the rest of this day off and enjoy it. Come back together tomorrow for an impromptu yoga session to calm our nerves and refocus? I really feel bad y'all are fighting with each other. This game has been fun but it really does look like everyone is about to lose their shit =x

Yea, several are hoping we could speed the game up actually, hoping to just get it to come to a head.

Well I can't speak for everyone else, but I for one have had a blast this game so far. I don't take any of this stuff to heart :)

Yeah after this round, it'll go to 1 day turn around. Too late in the day now to say votes/skids by tomorrow. I think a few people might not see it in time =/

That's cool with me I just know several are getting exasperated with all the back and forth and I'm sure they'll be happy we'll be speeding up after this round.

I can only have so many people tell me I'm being an asshole, or think I'm better than everyone else, before I just dont' feel like fighting it anymore to win the game. Sorry, but I've got a lot of stuff going on right now, and it isn't worth it. Obviously, I'm not just talking about stuff that is posted on the boards.

You've run a fantastic game Roz - the kills have been great, and you apparently did a great job picking roles. I'm not complaining to you at all.

EDIT: And I fully intend to finish the game - just not as vocally.
