I could not stop laughing when Greywood kept protecting mafia. Wystro even, TWICE!

Oh, and I wanted to point out, that I voted against killing Nickenstien (not that I didn't want it, after the bastard tried to frame me), and was opposed to the idea of shortening today's vote to 1 day, because nobody was looking for clues and it seemed unfair that the Townies were going to lose because of it. And we killed Dia first because we wanted to let all the new people get at least one round in. Sorry, Dia!

It's a shame none of the other mafia folks got lynched. We had all planned to make SnowDragon-style farewell posts that involved us *pirouetting*, threatening Verileah, and generally just doing bizarre stuff.

I was trying to go by the new plan we had devised...of course since Pharren was right in the middle of it....The mafia were giving real ID's...even the boris one, till the last day when the schism had already been formed and they tossed Verileah "MAFIA" out there to seal the deal. We had been discussing that Eve may be the sheriff and Wystro may have stepped in (course not even the Mafia knew that eve was sheriff) but we were very sure that even if Sara wasn't mafia, she wasn't the sheriff. Her posts did a lot for us trusting Wystro...I suspected Wystro a little bit after the first save, but still was on the fence on some people. The real problem was Pharren. I trusted him, not the entire time, but about the time Wystro came into the fold ..right after we offed nadiya I think. He was sharing all his conversations with Veri and Vulash, and some with wystro (obviously only the fake ones =x ) Once Keriath got killed I knew there had to be a wolf among us..but I was leading towards Wystro...I didn't expect 2..and I had already stopped suspecting Pharren. =*(

*laughs* That was very vexing! You would have really had me going Gongaa :).

Fun game!

I wanna know why the hell I was kept around. I feel like a dumbass lmao, but thanks for keeping me I suppose.

Well, we probably would have killed you, but nobody wanted to believe Vulash's plan would work, so it went from trusting Binky to trusting a Tribunal, and we needed to get some people out of there. So we stopped killing lurkers with no parallels in their bios, and killed KaAnna, part of the proposed Tribunal. At some point, for some reason, Vulash decided he didn't trust you. Once we'd installed our fake Sheriff, he was given a choice of IDing Ksagag or Verileah. We had him choose Ksagag, so he could give a true ID of "not Mafia", and because we could not, under any circumstances, let Vulash and Verileah on the same team. So the next round, we IDed her as Mafia, etc. Something like that. Not sure what in there makes you feel like a dumbass :(

And regarding Vulash's original plan...

IT WOULD HAVE WORKED. I was even telling people to go with the plan; you didn't even have to trust Vulash, you only had to trust Binky. Vulash was totally irrelevent to the plan's success once he'd built the framework. I have NO clue why people were so reluctant about it. It was an absolutely brilliant idea.

Well, it would have worked, except the Sheriff was dead, or not playing along (aside from people opposing it for whatever reason). The Tribunal plan was proposed and I came up with a plan of my own:

Okay, here's what's going on.

I've been talking to Vulash (and a bunch of other people) extensively in IMs over AIM, and in WoW chat channels.

Vulash really wants to talk to Wystro. He doesn't know it's Wystro, but he has a good idea. He actually - amazingly - laughingly! - thinks it might be Gongaa. And by "it", I mean "the Sheriff". But he's leaning heavily towards it being Wystro (the other option is Keriath), because he's fucking scarysmart, yo. If anyone but Wystro, Gongaa, or Keriath claim to be Sheriff at this point, he will "know" they are lying, because of how he interpreted last night's votes.

Vudu - I think I've helped him convince himself that you are just an average Townie, with clues that vaguely point at you, who doesn't want to get lynched. Just be careful of what you say in OOC threads because he is watching people's accusations very very very very closely right now. I think the fact that you didn't vote last night is working in your favor.

It's totally up to Wystro whether or not he wants to contact Vulash, and play his own game on the side. If he doesn't, it's going to look very suspicious, because we told Vulash that last night's ID was Vulash, which obviously came back "not Mafia" and now the Sheriff has to either trust him or think he's the Godfather. So, if Wystro isn't comfortable dealing directly with Vulash, I can say "he thinks you're the Godfather" and continue as a go-between. Then, if I get lynched, Wystro can PM Vulash at last and tell him that I lied about the latest ID (the one that's going to eventually get me lynched) and so *I* must have been the Godfather, since like Vulash, my ID also came back "not Mafia". After that, it all depends on who Vulash wants to ID. Wystro can continue to give "not Mafia" IDs, but it's all going to depend on who is on the chopping block that particular day. Eventually Wystro will ID a so-called Mafia member and get himself lynched when the kill shows that person innocent, but hopefully we will be winning by then.

I've made my case that we should keep the existence of the Sheriff a secret, saying that The Mafia probably thinks they killed him/her already, and that secret knowledge gives "us" (the Townies) power. He thinks we will have to come clean and reveal the existence of the Sheriff eventually. I want him to continue with either his first plan, or, even better, the "Tribunal" plan, because then I'll have influence there, and Wystro will have influence with Vulash.

Our plan last night was to hit Nickenstien, but I changed at the last second, because:
1.) Nickenstein has clues similar to Gongaa's clues, and we can misdirect some heat at Gongaa towards him
2.) Vulash was wanting to start IDing women. Finding out all the women are "not Mafia" is more information than I want to give him right now when we still have 4-6 rounds left.
3.) KaAnna was also on the Tribunal list. This is good and bad, because I'm sure I could have manipulated her vote, but it also makes it look like The Mafia is fighting the Tribunal idea, and the enemy of my enemy is my friend, no?

As far as all the other people I've been talking to... I've been subtly hinting the whole time that Vulash is not to be trusted, all the while telling them "I'm almost positive Vulash is a Townie!". It's like every time I tell them Vulash is a townie, they believe him less. This means when the Wystro portion of the plan eventually reaches its conclusion, people will quite possibly point the finger at Vulash, and lynch him.

How I managed to pull all this off so far is a mystery to me. Either I'm playing Vulash, or Vulash is playing me, and one of us should be crowned Grand Master Champion of Everything for all Eternity. Probably Vulash.

The ball is in your court now, Wystro!

Just because I thought Vulash and I had this in the bag lmao. I can't believe how easy it is to be manipulated haha. It was a good time though!

That's great that at least the two of you managed to team up :). That's what this game is about imo. I think we've all gotten a little closer after this, it's nice :).

close enough for pharren to think hes gonna get hung by Verileah and Vulash starting next mafia game...

Well, the Mafia knows who everyone but the Serial Killer, Doctor, and Sheriff are... and we knew who the Doctor was, that the SK was dead, and that the Sheriff was dead or not coming forward... Townies didn't even know how many Mafia there were. We have a huge advantage in that respect. Townies just have to take a leap of faith, and trust someone, or run around like headless chickens accusing each other back and forth. The way we set up Vulash was pretty smooth. I even called Roz in the morning to make sure our first ID from the list of IDs Wystro already had (Eve) would be legit, since she got lynched on the same day he would have submitted the SKID. I even had Wystro PM me, claiming to be the Sheriff, just in case Vulash wanted to see the actual PM (I wasn't sure if forwarded PMs carried timestamps or not). We were as thorough as we could possibly be, got our story straight about 10 times, and gave him the Boris ID as "not Mafia" right as Boris was getting lynched. It's not like we just walked up and said "Oh, btw, I'm the Sheriff, nice to meet you" lol.

You guys really would have had it in the bag, if not for that lying scoundrel Wystro, claiming Verileah was Mafia!

Ksagag, early on I believe that I said that I either wanted you or Vulash hit because of the observations you were making. We ended up bringing you in and presenting you with as much accurate information as possible so you wouldn't have reason to be suspicious.

It wasn't so much 'teaming up' as it was me trying to trust myself to someone. I can't take credit for ANY of the master plan, I was merely a follower lol. I don't want to take anything away from Vulash! ;)

I tried to play this game hard... I like to think I was on the right track at least 10% of the time lmao. ;)

Well it did help that everyone became suspicious of Veri in the end. I knew I was going down when she kept pointing at me. So I figured I would go out with a bang. Veri I bet you thought you were going to be hit that round.

If it had been anyone else I would have thought they were a townie after your post - I was almost convinced to team up with Veri at that poitn except the outside thought that she could have arranged it

Honestly, I would still like to hear from Sara

I'm sorry but the best part was how you guys jumped on the joker reference. Like rabid dogs, my god lol. I felt so bad that you guys thought for sure it was a clue for scars. My clues seem so simple compared to how you guys interpreted them.
