Future Mafia Games
I was talking to Lemmy and we thought Lost and Heroes both would work really well.
With Lost you would have the survivors of the plane crash as the Townies. The Others as the mafia and the SK as a person who had been on the island from a previous crash who has gone a little nutty and thinks everyone should die.
Heroes, We could have the townies be people with abilities. The mafia being people with abilities rounding up dangerous people with abilities (which unfortunately goes awry) and the Serial Killer could be someone like Sylar who wants to take the abilities of everyone.

I like Stargate - saw the movie, and a few of the tv episodes...that would be fun.

Once upon a time there was someone who would have had a cow that I said that. /wistful sigh. In any case, I have zero problems with it and I would have deferred to Billie anyway because she is the boss of the Mafia whether she likes it or not =D

Just out of curiosity...
Do we have enough Song of Ice and Fire fans to make a go of a mafia? It's a fantasy world and it'd be set up so you wouldn't -have- to read the books...I'm just wondering if there's interest.

I tried looking up the books on Wikipedia, whoever has made that article didn't really make it easy to understand for someone who's never heard of the books.

the books weren't all that easy to understand either - and they wouldn't be quick reads to catch up on... still, there was alot of detail invovled that could be worked with.
