Say Anything.

'Say Anything' is a John Cusak/Cameron Crowe 1989 teen flick. ' A noble underachiever and a beautiful valedictorian fall in love the summer before she goes off to college.' This is actually not what this thread is about, but the message is the same.

Actually no it isn't, I just like imdb.com and the title sounded interesting. /snort

This is not necessarily a vent thread - far from it. This is about saying anything - weather, the bird outside your work window, the fundamental differences between Mormons and catholics, how Law and Order Criminal Intent doesn't get the props it deserves, that I always forget whether it's 'it's' or 'its', that my daughter has a beautiful smile and the first guy that breaks her heart - I'm breaking his knees...it's about anything.

So, say anything.

we still have power at 9:30ish PM.. wind is really picking up and I can hear the rain on the windows with the gusts. News says over 200k people without power so far. And Ike is hours away from the eye hitting Galveston. *sigh*

You have a $2500 fridge??? What the hell does it do that makes it cost that much? If I had one costing that much, I'd expect it to wrap, package and date stamp all my freezables for me ;)

We just got done looking at fridges. It does the laundry and has sex with your husband when you're feeling tired. O_o Oh and it has an ice maker.

Oh we saw those, the monitor/tv on the door. Very bizarre. I guess it's cool if you watch tv in your kitchen. =x

Buying appliances kind of blows. You see one and it has some nice stuff but then you see another one and it has other nice stuff...So I just let Erik decide which to get.

The one thing we HAD to have was a water filter dispenser thing. I'm tired of buying water bottles.

Yea the water dispenser is why I had to turn off the water to the house. It's just a small copper line in the back of the fridge and it would be spewing water all over my kitchen...so I kind of hope Erik gets home early. Otherwise I'm sitting here for the next 8 ish hours without water :D I told my sister about the fridge and she said welcome to being a home owner...

No thankfully that room is upstairs! Erik capped the line so no more water going everywhere. There was a nail in the subflooring that had rubbed a hole in the line.
