Say Anything.
'Say Anything' is a John Cusak/Cameron Crowe 1989 teen flick. ' A noble underachiever and a beautiful valedictorian fall in love the summer before she goes off to college.' This is actually not what this thread is about, but the message is the same.
Actually no it isn't, I just like imdb.com and the title sounded interesting. /snort
This is not necessarily a vent thread - far from it. This is about saying anything - weather, the bird outside your work window, the fundamental differences between Mormons and catholics, how Law and Order Criminal Intent doesn't get the props it deserves, that I always forget whether it's 'it's' or 'its', that my daughter has a beautiful smile and the first guy that breaks her heart - I'm breaking his knees...it's about anything.
So, say anything.
Didn't you and your husband work for the same company, Temp?
Yeah, he was at a different office location than me, a different business unit of the company.
What if whoever doles out phone numbers decides to re-zone your area code, and changes yours to something else? Does that make you less of a person, because you're not 234 anymore, now you're just a lowly 718? Behavior like this is utterly incomprehensible.
I started working on getting swimsuit-ready a couple of weeks ago. I use sparkpeople but there are probably other sites out there now-a-days if you want to go that route. I don't get much out of the community but the workout videos are nice and the food/exercise tracking is really useful.
I'll just leave that one alone..
My lil sister went in to see her eye doctor Friday and her retinitis pigmentosa is progressing very rapidly. As in like they suggested she take the field test to see if she is legally blind yet. But if she does and she is they report it to the state and she can never drive again. But the thing is when they diagnosed her just a couple years ago they said it should be 10 to 15 years of slow progression before this point. What the HELL? she is only 33 she doesn't deserve to be mostly deaf and now mostly blind!! And there is NOTHING I can do to make her get better. The doctor did mention to her a possible extremely high dose of vitamin A taken can slow things a little but they ave to tst her liver first. Still it only works some times. I told her to get the test done and get on it ASAP so hopefully she will listen.

Tug my milk muscle.
Also gonna join in on the V8 h8. Even worse, my father drinks something called Clamato. In the name of science I tried a sip once, and it triggered my gag reflex. And that's not a figure of speech; it seriously made me gag.
