Say Anything.

'Say Anything' is a John Cusak/Cameron Crowe 1989 teen flick. ' A noble underachiever and a beautiful valedictorian fall in love the summer before she goes off to college.' This is actually not what this thread is about, but the message is the same.

Actually no it isn't, I just like imdb.com and the title sounded interesting. /snort

This is not necessarily a vent thread - far from it. This is about saying anything - weather, the bird outside your work window, the fundamental differences between Mormons and catholics, how Law and Order Criminal Intent doesn't get the props it deserves, that I always forget whether it's 'it's' or 'its', that my daughter has a beautiful smile and the first guy that breaks her heart - I'm breaking his knees...it's about anything.

So, say anything.

Yea I've done that - its so much cheaper. The only problem is later on if you need a bridge there is less to anchor too, but implants are getting much better so now there is even a solution for that (if it ever even becomes an issue lol)

Only problem with that tho is one of my bridges cost about $1500, one of my implants were $7000

And yes, I will be paying for all this work for a LONG time

That's the total cost per implant for the implant itself, the surgery. xrays, ct scans to make sure they were straight, all followups, etc.

My mom just got a full set of implants, uppers and lowers, last September and it cost her $20,000.

Well, probably because they don't implant all 32 teeth. They implanted four studs into her jaw, two on top and two on the bottom, and then attach dentures to those implants. Maybe they gave her a discount on the fourth stud...dunno. It still sounded like a freaking amount of money to me.

The dentist I go to is also some sort of specialist in cosmetic dentistry too. He's from that place where they send people on Extreme Makeover. Plus, everything is stupid expensive in Alaska.

I'm pretty sure the kids remodeling the bathroom would have thought I had blown my shit if I did start breaking things. I'm just backing up everything on my external and going to reformat...just trying to decide which version of Windows to install. I have xp, vista and win 7. I am not 100% sure my wifi adapter will work with Win 7 and the drivers on their website won't install for me.

So uh ... what do fake boobs feel like? I can't lie...I've always wondered haha.

I just reformatted the other day and put back on Vista. I have to say, aside from a few annoying things like, "Do you really want to delete this?" "Are you sure???" "how about now, did you change your mind?" it's not so bad. :P

They don't feel any different to me than what I had before. They're squishy, they bounce. Umm.. yeah just like normal ones. ROFL They aren't those ungodly nasty looking big ass basketball porn star ones that don't move or anything. I didn't want that kind of look. I just wanted them to be like before I had kids.

Now a first though, eww. You have to give gravity about 6 month to a year for them to 'settle' .. and until that happens, oh god I hated them. LOL They did look like basketballs and I had to wear this bandage strap all the time. UGH. It was worth it though.

I reformatted. Can't get teh wifi adapter drivers to install so no internet on that machine...thank god I can steal Erik's but this is really pissing me off.
