New Moon!

Yeah wait till all the movies are out and done with before reading the books if you haven't already. I am one of those people to that get really dissappointed reading then going to watch the movie, like the last HP .. crap I left feeling empty. Love the book but the movie was bleh!

Yes this movie sticks closer to the books then the first ever could even think of .. lol It was good. There were some changes but I think they worked well. I mean you can't put the whole book into a movie without loosing stuff in transition. The main thing lacking in the movie was the tension and deep feelings that stir in the book. OK I wont lie I fucking balled like a baby reading the books, like sobbing school girl .. true story. The book has such an emotional impact and the movie ... not so much. But still I would go see it again hehe
When Taylor took off his shirt I thought I was going to have to yell for people to STFU because no one could hear the lines after a bit ... and poor Rob hehe He did work out for the shirtless scene but Taylor is just naurally stocky to begin with hehe and where were the clothes strapped to their legs? lol or was that in Eclipse it was explained? hehe

I think that was eclipse.

Right now he's just ruining every last article of clothing he's got.

I don't think there's a screenwriter on the planet that could live up to the emotion SM puts in her books. The depression scene for the sept-december was pretty good, but it doesn't compare to the book still. Once you got to that part, its just 4 pages, each with a month on it. if anyone's ever been in deep depression, those blank pages make you cry hard. Something about that there is just no words to write for those months.. its really heartbreaking.

Good cliffhanger imo though ;) Sure the twi-addicts know how it goes but still was cool. I think it probably has a lot less impact for non-twilighters since they don't really show the disdain & fear Bella has for marriage, and they don't even elaborate on the mother-daughter dynamic at all.

Mike took me to see it monday. I really wasn't going to put him through that torture. I figured I'd catch it months later or something. Man it is a girly ass movie LOL. TBH I'm surprised I dig it so much. The other movie previews had me gagging. All romance crap. Its like "whats the point of that movie???"

I'd only watch Remember Me because RP is hot. But thats something to torrent for a boring day.

Mike was like "yeah action!" when Laurent came on screen. not much action though. last fight scene was kinda neat.

the sparkle was still pretty cheesy. I dunno, for making such a RETARDED AMOUNT OF FUCKING MONEY I figured they'd do it better than that.

they did a LOT more from bella's perspective like the book instead of filling in random content where bella wasn't present. Think that's what made it so much more like the book.

Now, I really can't wait for Eclipse. It was a reallllly good book. Really excited to see the movie for it.

I still think Breaking Dawn is going to be awkward :/

Yea, they skipped over the motorcycle thing, but then they can't include EVERYTHING from the book. Good review Vex.

I've heard rumblings that they're thinking about making Breaking Dawn into two movies, which initially pissed me off. However, there is a lot in Breaking Dawn, so if they do it right and use the first half to take us up through Nessie's intro, they could use the second half to take us to the end.

No lie, when Sam first jumped out of the woods to attack Laurent I leaned over to my sister and whispered, "omg it's the NOTHING." (for those Neverending Story fans lol)

I so agree about the sparkling skin... although it didn't look so much like pixelated sweat this time.

It's been awhile since I read the books, but I don't remember there being a big fight scene when the Volturi are deciding what to do about Bella.

I am so interested to see how they do Breaking Dawn. The birth scene is going to be... wow, yeah, I can't even imagine how it's going to be.

I think Jake tells Charlie about the bikes in Eclipse... because he's pissed at Bella for "choosing" Edward.

I watched that entire buffy thing and wow, it is boring =x The part where he dies is from Harry Potter though. It is sad that I know that.

The thing is, in this case, I'd been up for almost 24 hours, so yea, I was a bit tired and sleepy :P
Otherwise, if the movie is GOOD, and not just an action flick, I manage to stay awake fine. :D

This was the worst movie I've ever paid money to see.
