I'm sure Mike's going to realllly appreciate this. So he and I are officially trying for our kiddo #2. We had unprotected sex last night, which marks the only other time we've EVER had unprotected sex. We grew up freaking out about unplanned pregnancies so we feel good about being able to plan our two. Don't get me wrong, surprises are good too - but I kinda don't like being surprised hehe. Especially since I'm diabetic so I have to come off a lot of medication. So I'm checking my blood pressure everyday and sugar. Anyway - if it's anything like Catherine, I'll be pregnant by next week O_o

They're doing two tests. The first one they weren't really concerned with, done here in anchorage. It wasn't definitive but they feel positive that David's ready to come out. Tomorrow afternoon we should hear back from California which will be definitive. So far 7:30am Thursday is the start time for induction and I just lost my mucus plug =x

They thought Steph was dehydrated when I first took her into the hospital a couple months ago....that was until they checked her and said, nope, she was dilating....you guys know the rest.

I can't walk or stand (or sit for that matter) for very long at all. I'm in constant pain now - I can barely get dressed in the morning =/ It's going to be a really long week.

Did they check his size during the ultrasound part of the amnio? I know I begged and pleaded about my pain for weeks till the doctor caved and did the ultrasound/inducing me.
Good luck. Can you take tylenol pm? It was my savior those last weeks.

He's too far down now to get a good measure of how much he weighs, but he's easily over 8lbs now. They checked him last week and he was 7lb 11oz already. Gained over a pound in a week. I go in today at 3pm for another non stress test, ultrasound and talk with our doctor. I'm hoping she says next week thursday or friday to induce.
I got a lot of rest last night and woke up feeling good. The pain is still there but not nearly as bad. Mike pulled the recliner up to the computer but admittedly I can't sit here for very long anymore. So I found a semi relaxing position on the couch, but then I feel so lazy just laying there =( I keep apologizing to Mike but he doesn't care, he doesn't want me going out or running errands at all. He's being so good. /cry

Mike sounds a lot like Ryan. lol. He put me on "bed rest" the last bit of pregnancy because of the pain I was in. I really hope they induce you soon hun. I know that pain sucks ass.
Hoping labor goes well for you. Do they think you'll be able to squeeze him out still?
