Say Anything.

'Say Anything' is a John Cusak/Cameron Crowe 1989 teen flick. ' A noble underachiever and a beautiful valedictorian fall in love the summer before she goes off to college.' This is actually not what this thread is about, but the message is the same.

Actually no it isn't, I just like imdb.com and the title sounded interesting. /snort

This is not necessarily a vent thread - far from it. This is about saying anything - weather, the bird outside your work window, the fundamental differences between Mormons and catholics, how Law and Order Criminal Intent doesn't get the props it deserves, that I always forget whether it's 'it's' or 'its', that my daughter has a beautiful smile and the first guy that breaks her heart - I'm breaking his knees...it's about anything.

So, say anything.

my oldest has a pay as you go, and he pays for his own minutes , so hes pretty good about how he uses it.

yeah me too! But the paper said the minor involved was under 14, and happened over a month ago, so I dont know.

My cousin who is 8 years old has a laptop and a cell phone. Even my kids don't really think they *need* a cell phone but want one to be cool.

I'm not thinking about them graduating I am planning my ESCAPE! FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEDOM!!!!!

I got an email from Ryan! YAY! I didn't think I would since he is new to the boat and doesn't have an email yet. One of his buddies let him send an email to us, and I can email him back there until he gets his own email.

I think if I were rich I would give my kid a laptop before a cell phone - at least with a laptop they can begin to learn some useful tools. Cell phone isn't really needed until a kid is driving, and they're very obnoxious in class

Now that one of our roomies moved out, I inherited the basement suite. I've never had so much room in all my life, I have a huge living/bedroom space, my own bathroom (no shower though :( ) and even an office/studio. The woman who used to live here did art, so the office is all decked out in daylight kinda lights, if that makes sense lol. It looks like natural light, even thoughI have no windows.
