Don't rush it too much! Savor this time too...it goes by so quickly! David will turn two on January 23rd, 2008. TWO! He walks and talks now. It seems like yesterday that I was sharing my first baby scan with you guys!

Congrats again. Yes the time does go by way to fast. My oldest is a teenager and I am not ready for it yet!

We went for sonogram number 2 today. The first one told us we were 15 weeks along, however not long enough for the sonogram-ist lady to tell us the sex of our child. We had to wait until today to find out. The lady said "So today we are going check anatomy today." I promptly replied, "Yes, yes we are!" Then she said "I'm talking about brain, heart, stomach etc. Are you referring to the other?" Again I promptly reply, "Yes. Stem or no stem. I've waited as long as I can wait." As you can probably tell by now, I want to know!

She procedes to give us all of the other vital info, which I appreciate. She took a picture of the baby's eye socket. While I appreciate that, I didn't need her to print it out, but ok. The baby looks good. Then the moment of truth.

She searched and searched and searched. There was no stem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so very excited that we are having a baby girl. If the room was bigger I would have Snoopy danced.

I know, a long way to say, Hey it's a girl. Sorry if I bored anyone with the story. I'MMA HAVE A BABY GIRL ! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!

Thank you, thank you everyone. Yes I will spoil this child (as will the rest of our families I'm sure). I joke with Steph and tell her I won't do tea parties, but I already see myself having tea with my baby and Mrs. (insert name here) the bear and all of the other inanimate objects. Hell I think I'll even wear a tea party hat.
