Combined Threads - Formerly Officially A BOY!! + Water Broke!
I'm sure Mike's going to realllly appreciate this. So he and I are officially trying for our kiddo #2. We had unprotected sex last night, which marks the only other time we've EVER had unprotected sex. We grew up freaking out about unplanned pregnancies so we feel good about being able to plan our two. Don't get me wrong, surprises are good too - but I kinda don't like being surprised hehe. Especially since I'm diabetic so I have to come off a lot of medication. So I'm checking my blood pressure everyday and sugar. Anyway - if it's anything like Catherine, I'll be pregnant by next week O_o

Yeah I know I am extremely late. Congrats on your second. Mine will be 5 and will put up pictures in a few days. Haven't seen or talked to many of you in years. Good to see this place still kicking. My one kid is 12 and the other is 5. Being so many years apart does have quite a few drawbacks but you live and learn. Makes me become a better father.
I am training my 12 year old for ice hockey and my 5 year old will be the next Jeremy SHockey. Even though he is on the saints now, I have been told I look much like him so my son will do the same since he is my MINI ME.

David (8 1/2 months) and Shadow. She's so good with David who's taken to grabbing huge fistfuls of her fur to pull up on her and stand up. She just looks at me and I see her crying inside. She lays there and takes it though and he crawls all over her. I caught him eating a mouthful of fur, his mouth attached to her back. BLECH! She didn't flinch once though - such a good dog.

He's into EVERYTHING. He just graduated up into a big boy car seat now that he's like 22lbs. He's laying on the floor looking up at me after having a little spill from one of his toys. Like, 'come help me up, please.' He's growing out of his clothes like you would not believe, too. We're already buying 12 month and he's just almost 9 months. We returned like 150 bucks worth of clothes with tags still on them yesterday - stuff that was packed up in storage while we waited all year for the house. I swear the chick at JCpenney's acted like we stole all the stuff. She called her supervisor. Twice.

He's so adorable!! I'm jealous of all that hair. Jaidyn is still mostly hairless, lol, I hafta put her one little curl in a bow just so people don't think she's a boy but then the bow obscures the curl.
