This is not necessarily a vent thread - far from it. This is about saying anything - weather, the bird outside your work window, the fundamental differences between Mormons and catholics, how Law and Order Criminal Intent doesn't get the props it deserves, that I always forget whether it's 'it's' or 'its', that my daughter has a beautiful smile and the first guy that breaks her heart - I'm breaking his knees...it's about anything.

Remodeling the bathroom may be the worst thing we've ever done. We noticed a pipe was leaking so we've had the water off for the entire weekend except to quickly flush the one working toilet a few times a day.....which btw is all the way down stairs!!! Kami said this morning that she doesn't want use to do this ever again because she had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and go all the way downstairs. :bonk:bonk:bonk:bonk:bonk and we're supposed to have the one downstairs gutted and redone after this!

No I don't think they touched the pipe that's leaking. It's the water line that goes to the toilet and it's the same one that was here before they took everything out.
Man you see people remodel on tv and it doesn't look this painful. I just hope that the plumber comes this morning. We called our contractor when we found the leak to tell him to have the plumber come and fix it but who knows.
This was a dumb idea.

I'm so excited! They got the bathroom entirely dry walled and fixed the leak!! Hooray for water!! They also had the electrician over here and put in the 2 boxes for the lights over the vanities. yey!!!!!:clap

LIlly, sounds like me. I'm content to sit in my house, play on the computer and hide. People in general I can't deal with, which is why I prefer my dogs over people. ;)

No I got some after it was gutted they kind of just came here and I said ok go at it. They have it half tiled around the tub surround. I will take one when they gtfo. I just like quiet and no one bugging me and being able to get my work done in peace. Yeah not much of a people person but who the hell wants to go outside it's like -20 out there, fuck Wyoming.

Yuck! It was -40 all last week and Erik didn't work we're gonna have to pay the bills on credit :( Just when we had everything paid off too. Damn it. I'll take pictures of the bathroom in the morning there's no light bulb in there and it's dark.

Ugh, Most of mine at Blockbuster are the same way. The only difference is being able to go in and exchange them out for the short waits.

I can't watch movies like that =/ Plus seeing Angelina Jolie with bright red lipstick as a grieving mother...I dont know, doesn't seem like she fits the part. Not a knock toward her real life, and her choices in movies are pretty wide and varied, it just doesn't seem like a good fit =x It's not on my queue.
