Say Anything.

'Say Anything' is a John Cusak/Cameron Crowe 1989 teen flick. ' A noble underachiever and a beautiful valedictorian fall in love the summer before she goes off to college.' This is actually not what this thread is about, but the message is the same.

Actually no it isn't, I just like imdb.com and the title sounded interesting. /snort

This is not necessarily a vent thread - far from it. This is about saying anything - weather, the bird outside your work window, the fundamental differences between Mormons and catholics, how Law and Order Criminal Intent doesn't get the props it deserves, that I always forget whether it's 'it's' or 'its', that my daughter has a beautiful smile and the first guy that breaks her heart - I'm breaking his knees...it's about anything.

So, say anything.

I hate preventable deaths. a good friend of the family died early saturday am in a car crash. Why because she was drinking and driving. I keep flip flopping between being super mad and being upset. She was 38 and had 3 teenage kids that she left behind.

sux. h8 being gloomy

He's your "big boy" now, he won't accept anything less :p
Laschae 15 years ago
Yep that's what he said lol...but this is good. Because now I can tell him that big boys don't wear diapers or suck on binkies! :D
Lessa 15 years ago
he's gonna be at the Nekkid stage soon! Tristan was 2 and 3 when he started running around in the buff, thinking that superheroes were all naked, and that they just had different color skin, he would happily announce that he was a "Naked Superhero". We finally convinced him that they all wore underwear.

That is funny, David is 2 1/2 now and he absolutely hates it when we change his diaper and then pretend not to put his pants on. He gets all embarrassed and covers his eyes and pulls his shirt down. It's hilarious /snort

Haha! So cute. Poor kid.
Laschae 15 years ago
Oh the diaper changing is fun. James kicks and screams and twists. He went pee in the potty a few times a month or two ago but now he's not interested at all in it. He does like being naked and will go in the other room and take his diaper off and then prance around in front of me til I make some sort of comment. Yesterday he did this and I kept making him let me pinch his butt :P He really frustrates me tho because he refuses to take baths so most of the time I end up just as wet if not more wet than he is...

David's doing good with peeing in the potty, but he's only pooped once and that's because Mike caught him mid squeeze lol. He doesn't ask to go, although Mike swears he sees David giving signs like grabbing his crotch (I haven't). We just take him on the hour or after obvious times - after a nap, before bed, before we leave the house, etc. Still digs peeing the tub though. ><

Mine were impossible to train until I decided to restrict pull-ups to bedtime and outings. I had to just let them have accidents so they would know something was wrong before they would finally unnderstand and get that urgent " I need to go!" feeling.
