Wut’s this?

Other baldies are Binky (balding), Slipnish (dead), and Vulash (some balding)
I'm a little late to the party I guess, didn't find much.
as she shivered in the cold underground hallway leading to the vault.
Another mention of cold…
Jayden opened her eyes at the sound of snap, confused as to its origin. It didn’t matter in the end.
Wut’s this?
Luc looked at the crowd and wondered aloud. ‘Surely God will crush the heads of his enemies, the hairy crowns of those who go on in their sins.’

I still haven't re-read the kill since it was first posted. I'm feeling exceptionally lazy and tired, but maybe I'll go through and post whatever clues might have been left out... later on tonight. Or tomorrow. Or never! It's way too damn hot out, and working outside takes a major toll on me during the summer. I lucked out (?) by having an eye infection last week and got 2 days off, but now it's back to the grind

I've been looking at bios to see if there are any clues about the murder weapon (not as sharp/thin as a knife), and why Jayden wasn't intimidated by how the mafia looked.
From Ksagag's profile:
Jayden was indeed fooled by the appearance of one of the mafia!
She is carrying a compact/mirror. You can certainly cut people up with the edge of a mirror.
And again, with Kilhandra:
from her bio:
She is also carrying a compact mirror.
Then for Verileah we have:
From Bio:
And she is carrying an emery board. Those things are bloody lethal! (I cut myself on one as a child. True story!)
I am carrying a sliderule. They let kids use them. Totally safe!
And obviously pretty much everyone is carrying a bank/credit card which could be sharpened by scraping it on a rough surface. But the nature of the way it was described in the hit tells me that it's a stand-out item we are looking for.
I think we are looking at an all girl mafia this time.

She is a petite girl, but you can't let her size fool you.

Tiny, pixie-like girl

You're so totally right - fuck those poor kids, who want so desperately to find an escape from the gangs and violence here in Phoenix. I'll just ditch them because I made the mistake not noticing the overlap between the two events and planning ahead.
Mafia IS SO TOTALLY more important than helping some teenagers and pre-teens.
I voted early, going back on previous ideas I had about who is what. Got a problem? Tell it to someone else. It's not any worse than you trying to play Shepard - which is ironic, since the Shepard is a Judeo/Christian phrase about God and his angels.

You've already voted without listening to anything anyone has to say, and now you're just pretending that whole sheriff crap didn't happen, and those PMs?

No playing the mafia angry, please.

I think you misunderstand - I'm in on way upset that you are going to help kids out. I think that's great. I did, however, think you bundled the sheriff thing incredibly since you threw that out there - offered zero help to the townies, and then just disappeared when you had the chance to prove it (just like I said you would because mafia couldn't have done the action). I'm fairly convinced you're mafia, but have bigger fish to worry about - if you're townie you really could have at least attempted to help.
This is all part of the game - not anger at you in real life. You've made some wild accusations, and I have to address them. I'm not going to ignore them so you don't get upset - I found it all to be highly suspicious.
As far as real life - You're absolutely right that what you're doing is more important.
I'd prefer we keep this civil and not insinuate that I'm saying things that are quite honestly despicable when I haven't said, or implied, those things.

When combing the bios, something else struck me too:
From Vulash's bio: "5'6 160 lbs. Reginald is a small man in his mid 50s."
That bit could tie in with Jayden not being intimidated by his looks.
"He has glasses, ears and a nose slightly too large for his head".
So he has exaggerated facial features, like the ones the joker paints on his face?
(Or this is possibly a direct reference to Pharren's gnome avatar, which has huge ears/eyes/mouth/balding head?)
Vulash is wearing: "slacks, nice shoes, an off color green shirt with a tie and a very nice watch"
Well the Joker wears slacks, nice shoes, a tie, and (Ledger's version) has an off-colour green waistcoat.
These could all mean nothing, obv. But as I have recently posted a bunch of clues about the girlies, I think it's only fair to post the rest of my thoughts.
With this in mind, my current thinking is that we (potentially) have a Vulash&Pharren+all girl hit squad.
However it goes, Vulash and Pharren do not fall into the 'safe goat' category in my head any more.
So atm, the 'tribunal' idea seems like suicide to me.

You know who else is not particularly intimidating?
And the "mind in constant furious contemplation" would fit with the "deep thought" motif. Not to mention the rhino kneecap monocle fitting the animal motif.
Remember all those clues we thought pointed to Boris... ?
The sound of a 'Fwaffernagle quantum de-twizzler core' prototype model 6 powering up?
Sounds like these injuries were inflicted by a quantum de-twizzler to me!
The professor is an average sized middle aged man, with wild white hair, a bushy white brow, a piercing glare and the expression of a mind in constant furious contemplation. He wears a monocle crafted from a rhino's kneecap.

He is blunt with everyone he meets and regards all around him with utter contempt, for continuing to hedonistically indulge in their own pointless and trivial existence.

Jayden Donovan’s entire body had been mutilated, sliced with something not as sharp as a blade, but thin enough to leave deep wounds.
Sounds like these injuries were inflicted by a quantum de-twizzler to me!

A quantum de-twizzler doesn't go "SNAP"!
it goes "wuzzzz wuzzzzzzz wwwUUUUzzzzz weeuuuuzzzzzzzz WuuuuuZZZZZZ WUUUVVVVVV WUVVV WUV WUV WUV WUV WUZ".

Sorry I haven't been so present -- I've had the fortunate diversion of being a dinner guest! I'll look through all of this tomorrow and toss out some earth-shattering insights Wednesday.

OH MY!
Look at the knee-jerk reactions I just caused!
I even went to the length of pointing out how some of this could implicate me! And still Pharren and others took huge offence and then followed with the lamest rebutalls in all mafia-game history!
Vulash and Pharren, safe?!?
Think again people...

Yeah, but so would:
And these murders... quite a lot of Gore going on...
So, it looks like we're pretty much back to square one - flinging wild accusations around, lynching the wrong guy, and slowly getting bumped off by the mafia.

Dang, Nickenstien! I took huge offense? My post was (mostly) a joke (the "deep thought" and Boris and rhino kneecap were legit, if a bit tenuous). I was poking fun at how bizarre your accusations have gotten; I thought that was obvious from my quantum de-twizzler "clues". I even told several people I was going to post it as a joke. But I guess I'll have to take you more seriously... o_O

pharren

OH now I see. I hadn't re-read your post to see you'd edited your "Vulash + all-girl hit squad" post to include accusations against me. Nice! Check the timestamps on my post and his edit, people. I know several people saw it before the edit. A desperate ploy? I didn't really think you were Mafia until now. I'd considered it, but someone assured me you were "just weird". Things are SNAPping into place.
