Ok - so he's big. ONE of the mafia was big, the other 3 were unimposing, and victor isn't the only big person.
I don't think you'd have to know how sharpshooter's operate to to throw someone at a door/window (I forget) when they're basically announcing step away from the door/window or we'll shoot.
The hits aren't exactly going to take place in the ballroom.
A tactical knife doesn't snap as far as I know.
the last line - "honerable" or whatever I dont' even understand. Char bios have nothing to do with how the roles are chosen - I'm not sure I see what you're saying here.
So again the only thing I really see is "big". I would have been ok with not lynching Sara if I felt comfortable with someone else. Why are you guys going for Keriath who has almost no clues instead of say: Gongaa, Greywood, Me, Verileah, etc. We all have more clues than Victor, and he doesnt' even have the strange OOC behavior that Sara has.
He made the joker reference once they were close to him I'm pretty sure. It says barely noticeable until up close. And it's not just a snap - it's a knife that DOES snap. How can you include victor's knife in your own clue list (which doesn't snap) - say that it snaps, and then discredit mine because tons of people have them.
Finally, there is the issue of her claiming to be sheriff when she isn't. How do we just blow that off?
You guys can try to discredit me by saying it's an emotional vote, but others have attacked me and I haven't tried to lynch them. Hell Victor votes for me every round, and continues to claim I'm the GF and I'm sitting here defending him. Don't underestimate my competitiveness. I want to WIN this game far more then seek petty revenge because I disagreed with someone. If you will recall Sara and I have not gotten along in MANY rounds, and in fact a couple rounds ago was when our argument was the worst - and I didn't try to lynch her then.
ROUND 6 - OOC dicussion
Lynch - Myraan
Mafia hit - Nickenstien/Professor Vanderkrumpt

What are you talking about? Would you like me to add "I think" before every clue? How are we stating them differently, and why are you taking my wording personally? I'm trying to make an argument/case for who I believe we should lynch - the same as you are. I'm not sure what your angle is with this except to discredit me more. I do feel like some of those were fluff - that is my opinion. I'm arguing my case and presenting my clues the way I have in every game I've ever played - regardless of my role. Why does it bother you now?
Verileah;99072
Hey, I'm as disturbed as anyone to be agreeing with Binky.
Vulash I think you are taking too many things for granted. How do you know who the sheriff was, and how can you expect other people to believe that you know who the sheriff was without telling us anything? How do you know your sheriff is the real sheriff?
I'm not convinced by your clues, you're not convinced by mine, but I've said it once and I'll say it again - your opinion isn't any better than mine. My theories are not 'fluff' or non-clues on your sayso. I'm stating my opinions as opinions and you are stating yours as fact, and I am having none of it.

Well yeah, there are other people with as strong evidence against them. But I don't have a choice in that matter - this vote has come down to Sara vs Victor and given that choice, I find Victor to have the stronger evidence.
Sara may or may not be the Sheriff. If we lynch her then we'll never know for certain. If the mafia hit her (because only they can corroborate Sara's claim that Boris was, in fact, mafia) then it pretty much confirms her role.
You say you *know* that she's not the Sheriff. I'm afraid that I have none of that certainty, so I *have* to vote purely on how I read the evidence. You say the evidence pointing towards Victor is all tenuous and yet you post tenuous evidence against Sara and say that it's stronger. I say that it isn't, and hence for that reason and the reason above, that's why I'm voting to save her.

Ok fair enough Binky - I'll concede all of that.
What about the OOC actions though? Assuming both are tenuous as far as clues - do you not think the OOC just screams that Sara is more likely mafia? Or do you think Victor's laying low and voting for me is more mafiaesque.
One other point: Everyone that has voted for Sara I feel very strongly/confident is a townie - I don't feel that way with the victor votes -a nd THAT scares me.

It's partially because of the OOC behaviour that I want to see her saved. I want to know the truth behind the Sheriff claims and we'll never find that out if we lynch her.
The voting pattern doesn't affect my decision given that one of the more likely situations we find ourselves in is that both Sara and Victor are townies - in which case we should expect split votes in order to guarentee a tie. Let's not allow that to happen, eh?
The other thing I'd like to throw out there, is that one way to read your continued survival is that your list is partially or almost entirely wrong. In which case you might consider reading your voting judgements the other way round ;) Or, it could mean it's too close to the mark. Point is, it's pretty much impossible to extrapolate from your list any degree of certainty one way of the other so at this point anything other than vague suspicions without a definitive Sheriff is dangerous. Unless you know something I don't, in which case I ask you to share with us your knowledge in the same way that you asked Sara to.

I've actually been thinking about that, and it scares me a little bit. So far off my list 1 was right and 2 wrong - granted that list was made pretty early on, and we still dont' know about gongaa and vudu

This is interesting...
As of this moment, I count a 5v5 tie for both Keriath and ShutupSara. I would probably venture that neither one of them are mafia, and the remaining vote never shows up and they both get lynched and we get boned =o

There's a pretty hot debate between the two vote leaders right now. I'm going to vote, but I want to see how the discussion plays out.

Because people make all sorts of wild claims in this game. Now that she's openly come out and claimed Sheriff using an ID on Boris as evidence we are in a position to confirm or refute this based on whether she gets mafia hit. We were all convinced Boris was mafia. The lynch seemed to indicate the opposite. Now we have someone claiming that she knows that we were correct all along. I would very much like to know the answer for certain since a lot of the clues pointing at Boris are ones which we have transferred to other people having "discovered" that he wasn't mafia. For a start, he's our bald and scarred fella.

Why are you sure the mafia would do us that favor? I find it unlikely
EDIT: And the lynch scene for boris seemed pretty clear

To make sure I'm understanding everything correctly:
1) We think Boris is in the mafia.
2) We lynch Boris.
3) We don't think Boris is in the mafia.
4) SuS is sheriff and says Boris is in the mafia.
5) Do we believe SuS?
* 5.1) Yes, SuS is a townie.
* 5.2) No, SuS is in the mafia.
* 5.3) No, SuS is a townie but doing some pretty unusual stuff. ( * )
My question for the folks reading this before the vote is this:
For those that voted not to lynch her - are you leaning towards 5.1 or 5.3?
* I know I was claiming to be the SK in the beginning of the game. You seem to have taken that pretty seriously, though I kind of think you're the only one. The manner in which I did it was meant to be facetious, and I'm pretty sure everyone else was aware of that. I'm pretty sure I even told someone I was going to make badgers eat their face or some shit. Chalk it up misunderstanding each other or whatever. On the other hand, I didn't read SuS's sheriff claims as being a joke, but maybe I'm missing something?

Greywood makes a compelling point, but here's my problem - no one else has proposed a better solution. I think the people voting for Sara are wrong, the other side thinks we're wrong about Keriath. So, Greywood, if you really believe at this point that they're both townies, who do you propose we lynch?
Verileah

5.3 with slight 5.1 possibilities.
CaptainBinky

Either 5.1 or 5.3 works for me. Especially as she could also be an unorthodox Sheriff.
edit: though I won't deny 5.2 is a possibility. But on the evidence I'd say that possibility is greater for Victor if only by a hair's breadth.

Two reasons I cannot vote for Keriath at this time (that may change with the next lynch):
1) Verileah made several very big attempts to deflect toward me IMMEDIATELY after anything was pointed in her direction. I know what I am, therefore, i cannot feel any other way but to mistrust her vehemently. That means I cannot vote how she wants to vote at this time.
2) Whether by design or not, the actions of Ella/ShutupSara have only served to decrease the chances of a townie victory in this game. If you've been paying attention you'll know she wasn't the sheriff. If she was/had actual clues, why have the mafia not hit her? She came out several rounds ago and the mafia said "gee, i think we'll let the sheriff live"?...that makes sense only if she is mafia, or if they completely don't believe her at all because of the contradictions throughout her posts. With this information you have to assume she is not the sheriff; therefore, why is she continually saying things that do not help the townies? The only explanation anyone has given me is that "well she must be a townie but want the townies to lose".
I propose to you that people don't join or play this game to lose and that she has done these actions to increase the side of her team winning the game.

My point is up until this round, she hadn't given any compelling reason to believe her claim. Now she has flat out stated that Boris was mafia. This changes everything - up until that point there was no reason at all for the mafia to kill her any more than we had reason to lynch Gongaa on his wild SK claims.

Who do you want to lynch Greywood? If you could get every townie to lay down their arms and come together to lynch someone, who would it be?
